Gauge calibration

We provide our customers with services of accredited calibration of measuring instruments for length, plane angle, mechanical movement and torque measurements. In our own laboratory we perform accredited calibration of measuring instruments with documented conformity to national standards.

 

In the field of length gauges we are able to provide calibration of all conventional length inspection equipment and gauges including thread gauges according to international standards (BA, BSF, BSW, UNC, UNF, UNS...) as well as conical tread gauges  (NPT, BSPT, Rc-Rp....).

 

 

 

Torque wrenches and screw drivers can be calibrated in the range of (0,02-1.000) Nm. We can also offer calibration of torque sensors as well as checks and calibrations of electric pulse or pneumatic tightening tooling in the range (0,02-500) Nm. We are able to calibrate torque sensors which are used by our customers for calibration of torque wrenches or other precise torque devices. For this process of calibration we use set of reference torque wrenches which comply to accuracy class 0,1 to DKD-R-3-7, calibration weights and reference torque arms with total traceable range 0,05 Nm to 1.000 Nm. We use these highly accurate standards to provide calibration traceability of all common or special torque sensors of manufacturers like Stahlwille, Norbar, Hios, Cedar, Crane, Atlas Copco....    

 

All calibration operations are documented with a calibration protocol certificate, which is an automatic part of the work gauge calibration. Our company is accredited subject for calibration of length and torque inspection devices.

  

Accredited discipline of mechanical movement and vibration covers velocity and acceleration sensors and vibrometetrs too in the range of frequency  from 10Hz to 10kHz. We are able to calibrate most of the commons accelerometers of the manufacturers PCB, IMI, DJB, MMF, Hoffman or Brüel & Kjær and others. We can also calibrate specific equipment at customer site by the use of portable vibration calibrator when disconnection of sensors or complete system is impossible or impractical. We calibrate all common vibrometers equipped by accelerometers or velocity sensors. We are able now to calibrate angular acceleration sensors using SPEKTRA DRE-01 in the range of frequencies up to 2kHz and angular velocity up to 5300°/s. At the same time we installed SPEKTRA SE-201 shock sensor calibration device, on which we are able to calibrate sensors in acceleration ranges 10g - 10,000g.
